Dust off your cameras! The New Zealand Alpine Club Photographic Competition is now open. This is your chance to win part of a $6000 prize package courtesy of Marmot, Scarpa, Imagelab and Alpine Recreation. You could also see your winning photograph feature in the NZAC Climber, the NZAC Journal or the club calendar!
Last year the comp had the largest number of entries ever, and for the first time, a Youth Category. This year the NZAC hopes to go even bigger and attract over a thousand entries. What makes for a winning entry? Judges agree; your photo must be technically sound, be original, but ultimately must captivate the essence of the mountains.
